Strategic priorities
AI transformation
We will drive AI transformation at scale by selling Microsoft 365 Copilot and the role-based extensions, helping our customers rapidly deploy and adopt them, and transforming their business processes with Copilot extensions and customer copilots.
Suite upsell
We will continue our mainstream motions of upselling our customers to our hero Microsoft 365 suites. Our goal is to move customers that are not yet on Microsoft 365 to Microsoft 365 E3 and move customers that are on Microsoft 365 E3 to E5, while delivering the secure productivity platform they need to take advantage of Copilot.
New seats
There’s still a massive opportunity to bring new customers and users to Microsoft 365. Frontline workers remains a huge population that can be empowered by Microsoft 365. In addition, there are still many potential new small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers to win over to Microsoft 365 solutions.
Growth bets
We will continue to expand the opportunity to monetize Microsoft Teams by rapidly growing Microsoft Teams Rooms and attaching Microsoft Teams Premium. We will help customers bring Windows to the cloud and securely manage their endpoints with Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune Suite. And we will leverage the solid foundation we have built with Microsoft Viva to drive Copilot adoption and value realization.
Investments to support your success
Overall, we are significantly increasing our non-transaction Modern Work partner investments this year to set us up for joint success.
We have a full complement of through-partner marketing campaigns and services to assist you with your demand generation efforts. We will continue to provide sales assets and adoption guides that you can incorporate into your go-to-market execution. Our portfolio of packaged engagements provides best practice guidance for how to conduct workshops and pilots for our various solution plays. And our biggest investments this year, the Copilot and Microsoft 365 Accelerate initiatives, provide funding for both pre- and post-sales engagements and reward partners for driving wins that contribute towards revenue or usage.
Also, be sure to claim your customers to establish yourself as the Claiming Partner of Record so that the customer adds and usage growth accrues towards your solution partner designation and specializations.
