Welcome to the Microsoft Operator Connect Onboarding Guide

Microsoft’s onboarding partners are available to assist calling and system integrator partners with onboarding to the Operator Connect platform. The onboarding partners, in conjunction with Microsoft, run a simple process to help partners become Operator Connect providers.

To get started, select an onboarding partner. Then use the following steps to complete the onboarding process.

  1. Step 1: Registration (completed by onboarding partner)
  2. Step 2: Readiness evaluation
  3. Step 3: Agreement signing
  4. Step 4: Onboarding
  5. Step 5: General availability (GA) readiness evaluation

Microsoft is now fully leveraging the skills of our onboarding partners to bring calling partners onto the Operator Connect platform. Our onboarding partners are AudioCodes, NUWAVE, PingCo, Ribbon, SIPPIO, and TekVizion.

To get started, select an onboarding partner. Then use the following steps to complete the onboarding process.

Onboarding partner collects company information and ensures letters of authorization (LOAs) are in place.

Step 2. Readiness assessment

Share program documentation and complete readiness assessment for Microsoft to review and prioritize.

Step 3. Agreement Signing

When registration and readiness assessment are complete, Microsoft sends out the agreement for signing based on onboarding slot availability.

Onboarding partner works with the system integrator partner to assist with the onboarding process.

Step 5. GA readiness evaluation

Microsoft evaluates the information supplied and completes testing before releasing the newly onboarded partner’s tile.1

1Microsoft will prioritize all registrations based on the current needs of Operator Connect Calling customers. Onboarding partners are kept up to date on the prioritization criteria being used.
